CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We understand that sometimes life and sickness can occur, especially with young children. When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other tired mums. Our appointments are in high demand and your advanced notice is kindly requested. We respectfully ask you contact Tessa [hello@enhancesleep.com.au] as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
We require you to contact us a minimum of 48 hours in advance. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled less than 48 hours before the appointment time. This will incur a 30% missed appointment fee.
Any appointment cancelled less than 7 days from appointment time will incur a 10% administration charge.
